Usui Reiki 1st Degree - 'SHODEN'
(Level I - An Introduction to Reiki)
 
A one day course to become attuned to Usui Reiki, learn its history and about its founder, Mikao Usui.
 
This level introduces you to the Reiki energy, how to use it on yourself, family, friends, pets and plants.
 
Included are four attunements to Usui Reiki, self-development exercises and meditations.
 
On completion you receive:-
  • Comprehensive manual
  • Certificate awarded
  • Free follow-up sessions with the course provider

MONTHLY SELF-DEVELOPMENT GROUP

recommences on the 2nd Thursday evening in Sept 2008

This currently small but lively group has been running now for just over eighteen months in it's current format with guided meditations, healing circle, members articles of interest and a general discussion about our own development and any queries regarding different aspects of spiritual awareness.

Previously the current members attended Felicity Prudence's group until her move to the Isle of Wight, where upon the group attended various members homes until the practice suite in Chertsey was completed early last year.

The group will now meet on a regular basis on the 2nd Thursday evening of each month.
